Information about the REAL ID

Starting May 7, 2025, travelers aged 18 and older will need a REAL ID-compliant document to fly domestically. Acceptable documents include state-issued driver's license or ID cards with the REAL ID marking (a star or similar), or alternative forms of identification like a valid passport.

To get a REAL ID, you must visit your local DMV and provide the documents required for this. It can take about 2 weeks or 15 business days to process this. Plan now to get your REAL ID if you want to fly domestically.

For more information and to see the list of TSA-approved alternatives to the REAL ID, go to the website: www.dhs.gov/real-id

St. Thomas is one of most the culturally rich of the U.S. Virgin Islands and is well-known for its diverse, delicious dishes. Pate, kallaloo, fresh seafood, as well as the variety of tropical fruits available are just to name a few.

On your St. Thomas excursion you will feel at home while learning some of the fascinating history, eating delicious food, and seeing St. Thomas through the local's eyes. Each highly knowledgeable tour guide has lived on the island for decades. They know the best spot for dumplings, where to go for salt fish and fungi, and all the while guiding you through some of the most historic sites on the island.

You will visit locally owned and operated restaurants, specialty food shops, and be refreshed with the best mixed drinks in the Caribbean.

By the end of your experience you will not only have uncovered the island's rich history, seen beautiful buildings and art and surrounded yourself with the vibrant local culture, but you will also have learned about the island's Danish history and influences as you traverse transformed warehouses that now house jewelry stores and restaurants.
